Each MyFrameSaver customer has 24 hours, after placing of the order, to make changes by adding or removing products or accessories. Every charge will be suspended for 24 hours after confirmation of the order.
Then, the team of MyFrameSaver will check the availability of the products ordered and will process the order. Depending on the availability of the products in stock and in the manufacturer's own warehouses, each order will take from 2 to 30 days to be delivered to the carrier.
In case of unavailability of the goods, due to changes in the lists products, Myframesaver will propose the customer one or more alternative products available and the customer will be entitled to accept the replacement or reject the order and will receive the amount paid back.
When MyFrameSaver delivers the goods to the courier, MyFrameSaver will notify the customer the tracking number through which he can check the location of the goods at any time.
In compliance with European directives, the customer who bought products on the MyFrameSaver site has the right to withdraw its contract with the seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of goods.
This right is reserved only to natural persons (consumers), so it cannot be exercised neither by legal persons nor by natural persons acting for purposes relating to their professional activity.
The customer, to exercise the withdrawal right, must:
A) send the seller, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods, written notice of withdrawal by RMA module to be required on MyFrameSaver site by email at
B) send the seller, by a carrier and at his own expenses, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods, the product/s purchased, suitably protected and packed in their original packaging, with all the accessories, the documentation and the user manuals.
The identification card and/or labels, if any, must still be attached to the product when returned.
To exercise the right, the substantial integrity of the products to be returned is an essential condition. The products must not have been damaged or tampered with.
The customer must return the goods to the address of the management company of the website:

SL SAS is exclusively a service operator and has no responsibility concerning sales returns. SL SAS will forward the goods to Neofelis srl.
In the event of sales returns, upon receipt of the goods, Neofelis srl :
• will check that the goods are undamaged and complete with all their parts;
• will check that the goods are wrapped in their original packaging;
• will check that the packaging is undamaged.
Then MyFrameSaver will refund to customer the amount paid for the goods, excluding their direct return costs, within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which Neofelis srl has become aware of the withdrawal right by the customer.
Neofelis srl will refund the customer the amount paid in the following ways: bank transfer or PayPal refund. In case of partial withdrawal for the purchase of several products will not be refunded the shipping charges. The customer will be refunded at the same legal tender of the date of the debit note.
